LSIP Transport & Distribution Skills Cluster

The next meeting of the LSIP Transport & Distribution Cluster will continue the collaboration between employers, providers, and key stakeholders. The group will discuss how to address the key skills & employment priorities of the sector as highlighted by employers through the Lancashire Local Skills Improvement Plan.

Following on from a successful launch meeting in May, the cluster group will discuss some of the main areas of discussion including vehicle mechanics/engineers, warehousing, digital roles, and management skills.

This group is for any employer engaged in transportation, storage and logisitics whether as the main activity or as part of operations.
